Who We Are

Life and Mind Coaching Academy Ltd is a London-based Transformational Coaching and Education company dedicated to empowering people to overcome challenges that life presents. We provide expertly designed courses, programmes and resources that help individuals access the knowledge, tools and techniques they need — exactly when they need them — to navigate real-life situations with confidence, clarity and purpose. 

Founder's Story

Our founder brings over 40 years of experience spanning Beauty and Wellness, Elite Hospitality, Montessori Education, Transformational Coaching and Holistic Therapy. Born on the Isle of Wight and building her career in London from the age of 21, she has worked alongside some of the country's most influential people — from royalty and aristocracy to award-winning actors, pop stars, and business leaders.

Her beauty businesses in Belgravia and Battersea attracted high-profile clientele and earned features in Tatler, Vogue, Cosmopolitan, Harper's & Queen and The Times Magazine. A career pivot following the birth of her twin boys led to over 13 years as Deputy Head of a Montessori Nursery School in Mortlake, where she held responsibility for SEND, Safeguarding, Health and Safety, Fire Safety and COSHH, as well as having a stint as an Ofsted Inspector.

Her academic achievements include a BA Hons 2:1 in Education from the University of Greenwich, Level 5 Foundation Degree in Early Years Montessori Education, and Early Years Professional Status. She holds Mastery and Trainers Qualifications (Level 6) in Transformational Coaching, Clinical Hypnosis, NLP, NNRT (EMDR) and EFT, alongside extensive training in grief, bereavement and the funeral industry.

Her personal experience of loss — losing her father at age eight, her brother in her 30's, her mother to Alzheimer's in her 40's, and her husband in her 50's — informs a deeply compassionate and human approach to every course and programme she creates. This is not just a business. It is a life's work.
